The abundant green spaces will have a variety of plants and landscapes such as fruit trees, vegetables, nut trees, butterfly gardens, flower beds and palm gardens. Phase-A Residential Properties
Carmelita was carefully designed to offer a variety of residential properties. They all have sufficient space for private organic gardens that can sustain it's owner. The village square is centrally located, so it is walking distance from every home in Carmelita. There is a network of parks and greenways that run throughout the community, giving all homeowners easy access to the green space amenities.
There are five types of residential home sites in Phase-A. The following is a list of types and approximate sizes:
- Garden Cottage ("GC") - 50' x 100'
- Garden Village ("GV") - 100' x 100'
- River Cottage ("RC") - 50' x 100'
- River Village ("RV") - 1/4 acre
- River Terrace ("RT") - 1/2 acre
